Why JM® Care Plan?
Life happens. JM Care Plan covers the care and maintenance of your jewelry or watch to keep it in like-new condition, and protects it against accidental damage. JM Care Plan also offers you coverage beyond a typical manufacturer's warranty. Pricing depends on the length of coverage and the value of your jewelry or watch. You will have the opportunity to purchase JM Care Plan at any of our retail locations.

Average Cost of Repairs Without the Plan
- Ring Sizing for a 18k White Gold Ring with up to 30 Diamonds: $210
- Refinish & Rhodium Plate White Gold Wedding Set with up to 30 Diamonds: $200
- Solder Rings Together: $110 for 18k yellow gold, up to $220 for 18k white gold & platinum
- Replace and retip a 1.5mm diamond: $220 for yellow gold, $255 for white gold

Contact us. You may receive a full or partial refund according to your Terms and Conditions.
How do I file a claim?
Contact us to begin the process. If for any reason you cannot return to us, you can contact JM Care Plan at 800.582.4916.
Is JM Care Plan transferable?
Yes.
• 3-year plans are transferable throughout the life of the plan.
Simply give the receipt and Terms and Conditions to the to
the new owner.
• Lifetime plans are transferable within the first 180 days after
purchase. Contact us to update the JM Care Plan record.
